Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the beauty industry category operation, integrate platform and business resources, serve consumers with content, and achieve industry GMV growth 2. Customized big customer integration business plan: insight into the customized needs of big customer merchants on Douyin, combined with closed-loop and open link product capabilities to output big customer integrated business solutions to promote customization 3. Carry out in-depth insights into the beauty industry and sub-categories, clarify industry characteristics, and output Douyin business strategies and resource support strategies 4. Responsible for the planning, promotion and implementation of core business strategies and key projects can be verified in practice.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, experience in local life service or platform key customer development and operation is preferred 3. Strong key customer sales ability, customer maintenance ability, negotiation ability, and problem solving ability 4. Experience in short video content marketing is a plus business trip.
