  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
Requirements
  • Must reside in George or surrounding areas
  • Must be fully bilingual in both English & Afrikaans
  • Must have experience in the electrical/construction industry
  • Proficient in computer literacy

Duties
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Manage project budgets
  • Schedule deliveries and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with electrical, building and safety regulations
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Prepare internal and external reports
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, obtain permits and licenses
  • Ensure quality construction standards are adhered to
  • Oversee staff and implementation of procedures
