JOB SCOPE
- Pick up incoming telephone calls
- Provide superior customer service to customers
- Generate sales orders, delivery order and invoices
- Co-ordinate with internal departments like Production, QC, Store, and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
i) At least ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
ii) Some experience in customer service role
- 5-days’ week
- Company transportation is provided to nearest MRT station
- Walking distance to Gul Circle MRT station
