Your Tasks
- Coordinate the cross functional launch team according to the internal processes and workflows;
- Steer the order, production and shipment of pre-series parts to the integrator or customer;
- Track capex, timing and quality aspects according to project targets;
- Ensuring availability of all relevant project data in the PLM system to ensure adherence to the global reporting process;
- Work compliant to established workflows and procedures;
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and procedures as well as plant internal procedures;
- Support build and review activities at vendor/integrator and within KIRCHHOFF Automotive plants;
- Supervise implementation and trigger engineering changes to capture deviations on the shop floor;
- Coordinate commissioning of new tools and production equipment;
- Conduct feasibility studies.
Your Profile
- Completion of bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- 1-3 years job experience as Engineer;
- Basic technical understanding of welding, stamping, automation, surface treatment ( 6-axis robots, sealer applicators, stamping tools, resistance-welding, arc-welding, laser welding cold and hot-forming, e-coating processes);
- Experience in leading cross functional teams;
- Advanced project management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Willingness to travel internationally;
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities;
- Works well in a team environment;
- Proficient in English language;
- IWE certification represents an advantage.
