Keeping full sets of accounts up to Balance Sheet.

Posting of Accounts Receivable & Payables

Preparation of Staff Payroll, issuing of payment vouchers and cheques, etc

Data entries,

Calculating and submission of quarterly GST to Inland Revenue

Must be proficient in Words, Excel software

Making sure all sales datas are computed accurately and monies received to reconciled

Preparation of monthly bank reconcilation

Able to communicate well with other colleagues

Any other clerical duties required from time to time
