The Opportunity:
As a General Manager for Intrepid, you will be responsible for managing Ground Operations, implementing long-term strategic plans and managing the day-to-day business Intrepid Turkey! Your goals will be focused on boosting, pursuing growth, and positioning the Intrepid brand in our key markets, developing new business, driving profitability, and most importantly providing excellent leadership and developing a high-performing team.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our office in Istanbul, Turkey, and will report to our Managing Director of EMEA, this role will collaborate with other GMs as part of the EMEA GM team and the global business to achieve wider strategic goals and results.
Some of the experiences you’ll bring with you may include:
- Strong knowledge of dealing with and managing Ground Operations in Turkey.
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish market.
- Minimum of middle-level management experience; company management experience preferred.
- A high level of financial literacy and proven commercial & strategic decision-making.
- Proven understanding of risk and incident management
- Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships, develop people and teams, and with your strengths in people and change management, your strategic thinking, and growth mindset will have you excel in this position.
