- Assist in keeping the Outlet and its premises including surroundings, Interiors, Wash rooms, equipment’s, etc. clean and safe.
- Participating in Packing of food parcel.
- Helping in loading and unloading products, equipment’s, Stocks and etc.
- "Wash", "clean", "batch", "shred" and "press" fruits and vegetables as dictated by the production schedule using one or more of the following machines.
- “Batch” Breads, Buns, Fries, Meat, etc according to the production Schedule and use.
- Assist the production people by cleaning, peeling, slicing and trimming food items using manual and electric appliances.
- Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
- Re-stocking water station with utensils, napkins, Packing items, disposable cups, and straws, and refilling the water dispenser when necessary.
- Comply with company Food Safety and Sanitation standards including frequent hand-washing.
- Comply with company SOPS and store operating procedures
- Maintain, clean and sanitize kitchen and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize refrigerators inside and out and stock refrigerators, cupboards and salad bars.
- sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff
- wash work tables, meat blocks, cupboards, walls and appliances and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including, work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas, as well as dispose of kitchen garbage
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Participate in other work related to kitchen and help others to achieve the customer satisfaction and organisational goal.
- Clean plates, glasses, equipment’s, accessories and silverware according to the standards.
- Any other Job as Assigned from Time To Time.
