Customer Services REMOTE - Night Shift [Brazil]


 

Newt is a share scooter company looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialists to join our Team here at Newt! You will be responsible for ensuring our users are assisted in a professional and timely manner in ways that are unconventional to the customer support “norm”. Our goal is simple - keep our user base extremely happy at all costs. Our landscape is constantly changing, and we look forward to adding individuals who can contribute and thrive through change, promote ideas and tackle the tasks at hand in any given situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer support inquiries through our system
  • Monitoring active rides
  • Answer incoming phone calls from users
  • Possess a great ability to prioritize work effectively including successfully multitasking customer issues
  • Ensure a seamless, enthusiastic customer experience from start to finish
  • Engage with our Product and Engineering teams when there are technical support issues & bugs
  • Escalate certain issues to specific parties that need to be addressed
  • Log any accidents and report any time-sensitive issues to our leadership and policy teams
  • Be the master of our product and have the ability to answer any and all questions our customers have

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills in English. Spanish or Portuguese is a Plus

This position is completely remotely.

Night Shift starts at 8pm and can go up to 4 am depending on the day. You will work 33 - 40 hours per week with 3-2 days off.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From R$2,500.00 per month
