Front Desk Officer [Pakistan]


 

We're seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude
  • Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies.
  • Managing files and recording information as needed
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
  • Coordinate with the management in scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Coordination with internal teams in the event management
  • Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
  • Assist the HR team in scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Experience must be 1-3 years in a similar role
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude

Location: Lahore, Johar Town Phase-2
Job timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon- Fri)
Salary Package: PKR40,000
