1. Responsible for the regional catering headquarters and store-side operational planning, execution, and formulation of implementation plans 2. Responsible for regional catering business strategic planning, profit analysis, and control, and able to propose operational solutions in a timely and effective manner 3. Responsible for the management, training, and focus of the store's catering operations team 4 , Communication and collaboration with relevant departments, business parties, and store managers 5. Preparation, training, and empowerment of new stores 6. Have experience and methods in catering management, operations, and marketing, which can promote the improvement of overall catering performance 7 , improvement of negative reviews and plan formulation, leading and promoting daily projects.

Job Requirements

1. Have in-depth research and thinking on the local catering industry, and have a good understanding of the Internet. 2. Priority will be given to a bachelor's degree in hotel management, catering management and related majors, and relevant business management knowledge and law. Knowledge, catering knowledge more than 3.5 years of working experience in the catering industry, and more than 5 years of experience in large-scale chain social catering enterprises.
