Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct detailed analyses of samples, including blood, tissue, and body fluids, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant diagnostic results
- Regularly review and maintain the quality of lab instruments, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, to discuss lab findings, recommend further tests, or clarify diagnostic details
- Ensure accurate data entry and management, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
- Adhere to and promote strict safety procedures and safety checks
- Offer consultations to physicians regarding the appropriate selection and utilization of tests
- Remain updated with the latest advancements in pathological diagnostics, ensuring the lab’s methodologies meet or exceed industry standards
What you will need:
- Medical Degree in Biopathology
- Professional license
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and methods
- Previous Experience in a relevant position at least 3 years
- Excellent communication skills in the Greek and English language
- Commitment to deliver high-quality patient care
