We're Looking for:

An experienced and dynamic Account Manager to become a key player in our team. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing and client success. Approximately 60% of this role is client facing, so you'll need to bring a people first strategy to the role.

Your Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing client relationships, building growth strategies, and ensuring the success of digital campaigns. You'll work closely with an enthusiastic team, driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Your Background:

- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

- Proven expertise in digital advertising, SEO, paid campaigns, Google Analytics, and social media ads (Facebook & Google Ads).

- Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, online marketing tools, and digital technology.

- A track record of working directly with clients and nurturing their business growth.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.

- Always in tune with the latest trends in digital marketing and online advertising.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Managing multiple client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Developing and implementing digital strategies to grow client accounts.

- Collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding results and services.

- Leading the onboarding of new clients, adhering to our KPIs.

- Serving as the primary contact for all client communications.

- Identifying opportunities for new business and lead generation.

- Preparing and presenting insightful reports to clients.

- Managing workflows and ensuring timely delivery of services.
