Partnenet is currently looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant

PartnerNET is a value-added distributor of IP Telecommunications Products, Video Conferencing Systems, Wireless Network and Network Security Products based in Athens. PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the Greek and European market.

Job duties include:

Answer Company phone, answer questions or forward call to correct person.
Greet clients and guests.
Provide administrative support to Inside Sales Team and Sales Team with data entry, filing, and creating reports as needed.
Enter data in CRM System, provides project support on marketing campaigns and assists in the planning/organizing of trade shows.
Supports Sales in meetings and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Administration or in related fields.
  • 1 year of experience working in a relevant position.
  • Great PC skills. Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Native or near-native English skills both written and verbal. Any other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Work experience in the ICT field will be considered a plus.
