Role:
In this role you will develop and execute test solutions, be involved in the design and execution of tests across the Flintfox range of products and apply a wide range of test strategies within desired time frames. This position requires an appreciation of the software development life cycle and the execution of software testing. You will be conducting manual testing, but a significant amount of your time will be spent developing automated tests.

What you will do:
- Prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering all aspects of the business and technical specifications to verify that the software meets business requirements
- Execution of test scenarios and cases and record actual results. Complete functional, regression, front end, back end, grey box testing
- Extending and building automated tests using .NET/C# and Selenium, and use of Microsoft D365 RSAT tools. An increased focus moving forward for the R&D team will be on automated testing.
- Perform system testing when required. Perform manual testing based on test plan and test cases
- Investigate, analyse and document reported defects. Escalate defects according to set procedures
- Provide updates on testing progress to Manager daily.
Requirements:
- 3 years+ testing experience – a good grounding in testing methodologies, testing terminology and scripting techniques
- Experience with automation testing, using Selenium
- Experience in the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases and scenarios, test execution and documenting results
- Experience across Functional, System, Usability, Regression testing in addition to data-driven testing, 'grey box' testing techniques
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as SQL server and .NET frameworks
- Familiarity with test automation creation, maintenance and frameworks
- Ability to write SQL queries to find test data or confirm test results
- A curiosity to understand and leverage new tools and technologies
- Development experience preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) for Microsoft Dynamics 365
