As a Warehouse Employee, you organize and supervise the loading activities in the warehouse. You ensure that goods are loaded promptly and in compliance with applicable quality and safety standards. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the loading and unloading of goods. You communicate with drivers, your colleagues in the warehouse, and other team members to ensure smooth loading processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating all outgoing shipments of goods
- Assigning responsibilities to warehouse employees to ensure seamless loading activities
- Ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and procedures during the loading and unloading of goods
- Being responsible for the correct loading of transport units in accordance with commercial instructions

This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, requiring a combination of logistics knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of loading goods. You excel at organizing tasks and possess excellent communication skills. You also perform well under pressure and make quick decisions, always thinking in terms of solutions.
You:
- Have an MBO diploma in logistics or a related field
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics sector
- Reside in the Dordrecht area
- Are willing to work in two shifts.
We offer you
- A full-time salary of up to €2.600,- gross per month excluding allowances
- A 2-shift patterns. Working hours from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00
- Irregularity allowance
- A travel allowance of up to € 508 per month
- Christmas bonus of € 600,- gross pro rata, which is paid in December
